Last year when I was approached to participate on the hit network TV show “Undercover Boss” I couldn’t help but laugh. Me? Undercover? That would be a challenge. First, I’ve got a pretty big personality. Second, I’ve been with the company for 30 years, putting me on a first-name basis with practically every who works here. The idea of me trying to hide in plain sight among our employees made Undercover Boss seem more like Mission Impossible.
